AYMAR GOURDET
At the age of 8 in France, Aymar would help his mother create unique dishes using produce from their garden. At 15 he would start his chef training in a Parisian Gastronomic Restaurant and when he turned 25 he opened his first Gastronomic Restaurant in Ireland.
He developed a passion for natural healthy local food and he shared this with his customers for 16 years.
Over the past eight years, Aymar created an award winning artisan range of products that currently sell at various retail stores across Ireland.

Le Skinny Chef's journey began after few loyal restaurant customers asked to take to home some jars of his Spreadable Wild Garlic Pesto.
As a born creative Aymar enjoys developing new products and his style of artisan cuisine allows him achieve a completely different level of creativity than when working in a restaurant.
The award-winning'' Le Skinny Chef" range now introduces you to the unique experience of delicious local food creations.
"For me an award winning creation is like a good life experience! Once it has win your palate and activate your brain memory into wishes for more ! then you know your hard work and creative passion is spreading "
